FMCG Multinational Company- Kids Games WebApp

For an FMCG multinational company, I designed a Kids Games WebApp focusing on user-friendly, age-appropriate experiences. I started with storyboarding to map out gameplay that encourages motor skills, counting, and curiosity. Low to high-fidelity wireframes were created, emphasizing simple navigation, large touch targets, and bright visuals to engage young users.
The design process followed child-centric UX principles, ensuring intuitive interaction, safety, and accessibility, while I managed the developing team to bring the app to life.
Global Beverage Brand- Sport Seasonal Customer Engagement Game Solution
For a global beverage brand, I designed the UI/UX and user journey for a cricket-themed seasonal customer engagement game. The design prioritized a seamless and immersive user experience, incorporating key UX principles like intuitive navigation, responsive controls, and visually appealing elements that resonated with the brand’s identity. I crafted a clear user journey to maximize engagement, from onboarding to gameplay, ensuring quick load times, mobile-friendly design, and interactive features. The goal was to create a fun, easy-to-use game that aligned with the campaign’s objectives, driving customer participation and brand interaction.

Utility Payment App for a Leading Private Bank

I designed the UX for a QR-based payment app, focusing on delivering a modern, clean, and user-friendly experience aligned with the brand's bold and innovative image. The design prioritized an intuitive navigation structure, allowing users to effortlessly explore features like "How it Works," offers, and promotions. To ensure accessibility, the site was designed to be responsive, with clear typography and vibrant colors that matched the app’s branding.

In line with UX principles, I emphasized simplicity, ensuring that users of varying tech-savviness could easily understand the payment process. The CMS was designed for seamless content management, allowing admins to update the site, manage user profiles, and approve actions efficiently. The layout was kept minimal yet elegant, combining visual appeal with functional elements to create a calming, engaging experience that communicates the app’s innovative payment solutions.

For an FMCG multinational company, I designed the UX for a reward system campaign centered around a call-to-action. Users would send a scratch card number to a designated mobile number to participate. Although there was no direct user interface, I focused on creating an intuitive and informative dashboard for the client to monitor campaign performance.

The dashboard design followed key UX principles, ensuring clarity and ease of use. It featured real-time data visualization, campaign metrics, and user participation insights, all in a clean, responsive layout. The goal was to provide the client with a seamless way to track the campaign’s success and make informed decisions.

Local Insurance- Buy Online Policy User Journey

For a local insurance provider, I redesigned the "Buy Online Policy" user journey with a focus on streamlining the process and enhancing user experience. The goal was to create a seamless, intuitive interface that empowers users to manage their policies effortlessly.

The app provides real-time updates on dues, balances, and claim statuses, reducing the complexity often associated with insurance. Features like digital policy loan submissions were integrated into the workflow, ensuring a frictionless process. Additionally, I incorporated a health tracker linked to a rewards scheme, allowing users to redeem vouchers and discounts instantly, enhancing engagement.
