360 Degree Analysis of the Network Users
I analyzed data from over 10 million network users, focusing on demographic, geographic, and data usage patterns. By identifying non-data users (those using less than 100MB monthly), I developed personalized SMS campaigns with special offers tailored to their needs. These targeted efforts successfully converted non-data users into active users, increasing broadband revenue by up to 40%. Further investigated about the customers who didn't converted and identified that network coverage issues are limiting them from using data. Reported the Network Planning Division for their special attention for potential geographic areas.
Project DaVID- Data Visualization and Insight Dashboard
Project DaVID was a Data Visualization and Insight Dashboard that I developed using over 20 million data points from sources like social listening, telco data, and Xact Data. I built the dashboard in Power BI, showcasing the digital behavior of Sri Lanka, including geographic, psychographic, and demographic insights. As the company's first Power BI operator, I was self-taught and later trained others. The dashboard became a valuable asset for client pitches and targeted marketing campaigns, delivering successful results and providing a crucial resource for the company.

FMCG Multinational Company- Reward System
For a FMCG multinational company's reward system, I managed a campaign where 500,000 customers responded, and automatic mobile recharges were processed through the system. Given the financial aspect, I ensured that recharge taxes and dealership commissions were accurately calculated and paid. I utilized Python and MS Excel to analyze the data and prepare detailed reports, ensuring precise financial tracking and accountability throughout the campaign.
