Mobitel Daily Packages- Prepaid

I led the development of Mobitel Daily Prepaid Packages, a pocket broadband solution designed to encourage data usage among non or light data users. From ideation to launch, I managed the entire product lifecycle. This involved defining product requirements, coordinating IT product provisioning, and collaborating with the Intelligent Network (OCS) team for seamless integration of SMS, Recharge, USSD and Mobile app activations. Additionally, I oversaw branding efforts and ensured comprehensive training for the customer care team. The package was designed as an entry-level option to introduce and promote data usage, catering to customers with minimal or no prior experience with mobile data.

Mobitel DataMart

I spearheaded the product development of Mobitel DataMart, a mobile and web app that allows customers to easily activate prepaid and postpaid data packages. I was responsible for drafting the product charter and outlining the technical requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience. This involved close collaboration with the IT, Intelligent Network (OCS), and PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) teams. Additionally, I coordinated with branding, engineering, and customer care teams, overseeing all aspects from technical integration to customer training to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing support.

Time Based Planes- Broadband

I introduced time-based data plans for broadband, both with and without Fair Usage Policy (FUP), in a network that had yet to implement converged billing. This made the product particularly challenging, as I had to collaborate with multiple engineering and IT teams to navigate and minimize technical limitations. Despite these hurdles, I successfully launched a valuable product that catered to customer needs, offering flexible data options while ensuring optimal network performance.

FMCG Multinational Company- Reward System

For an FMCG multinational company, I designed the UX for a reward system campaign centered around a call-to-action. Users would send a scratch card number to a designated mobile number to participate. Although there was no direct user interface, I focused on creating an intuitive and informative dashboard for the client to monitor campaign performance.

The dashboard design followed key UX principles, ensuring clarity and ease of use. It featured real-time data visualization, campaign metrics, and user participation insights, all in a clean, responsive layout. The goal was to provide the client with a seamless way to track the campaign’s success and make informed decisions.
